PDF Purchase Order to QuickBooks Invoice Converter

A web app that converts PDF purchase orders into formatted Excel files ready to import into QuickBooks as invoices. It authenticates client employees, extracts and reviews PO data with AI, maps line items to the customer's QuickBooks product SKUs and customer names, flags low-confidence content for human review, and exports a clean Excel for AntSaaS to import. It saves the client hours every week and roughly $50k a year in manual labor.
